We guarantee job placement within 60 days of program completion, or we provide a full refund. This guarantee applies to participants who complete all training requirements and actively engage with our placement process.
2. Eligibility and Requirements

6. Refund Policy

If we do not successfully place you in a remote position within 60 days of program completion, you are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.

9. Limitation of Liability

- Specific salary amounts beyond our stated ranges
- Placement with specific companies
- Immediate job offers
- Long-term employment stability
9.2 Liability Cap
Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you for our services, not to exceed the placement fee amount.
10. Termination
10.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your participation at any time with written notice. Partial refunds may be available based on program completion status.
10.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate your participation for:
- Violation of these terms
- Fraudulent or dishonest behavior
- Failure to meet program requirements
- Inappropriate conduct toward staff or participants
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the State of New South Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Sydney, New South Wales.
